Parent + Daughter Mini Workshop: Her Summer Success!

This fun workshop will ensure that both you and her have a great time while gaining some super valuable insights- as well as a little time spent together on things that matter to both of you.

We will cover the topics that matter most during the summer shift; including confidence building, body image, sleep routines, friendships, and managing social media and screen time. As structure changes, these areas can either drift or become an opportunity for growth.

This session is designed to be practical, honest, and relevant for both parents and teen girls, with takeaways you can actually use.
