Modern Tech: Parent + Daughter

Technology is a central part of girls’ lives, shaping how they communicate, connect, and see themselves. This session is designed for both parents and daughters to build a shared understanding of what’s really happening online.

We will cover social media, screen time, group chats, and the pressures that can come with being constantly connected. The goal is not to eliminate technology, but to create healthier habits, stronger communication, and more trust at home.

This is a collaborative space where both parents and daughters can learn, reflect, and leave with practical tools to navigate tech in a more balanced and intentional way.
